Our socks are made in Istanbul, Turkey, and our gift packaging is made in Rotterdam, Netherlands. We carefully choose our partners to make sure workers have safe conditions and fair pay.
Kunstsokken come in two sizes: 36-40 and 41-46. Our socks are stretchy and fit comfortably, so we suggest picking your usual size.
Tip: If you're unsure because you wear size 40.5, we recommend choosing the small size (36-40). If you have up until size 46 or even a bit bigger, the large size (41-46) should work well for you!
Our socks are made from high-quality organic cotton (80%), which provides comfort and durability. In addition to organic cotton, we also use polyamide (15%) and elastane (5%): these materials ensure that the socks are stretchy and remain beautiful for a long time.
Wash your socks at a maximum of 40°C and avoid the dryer to maintain the colors and quality.
We offer a 6-month warranty for holes and manufacturing issues. If your socks get a hole within 6 months of purchase, just contact our customer service, and we’ll be happy to help! 😊

Some of our designs are limited edition, but popular items often return. Keep an eye on our website or sign up for updates.
Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. After shipping, you’ll receive an email from the carrier with a track-and-trace code, so you can see exactly where your package is and when it will arrive.
Shipping times:
Orders over 65 CHF are shipped free of charge to Switzerland. For orders under 65 CHF, we charge a shipping fee of 8,90 CHF.
All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with PostNL. Orders to Germany are shipped with DHL, and orders to Switzerland delivered by Swiss Post.
Most packages fit through the mailbox, so you don't have to stay home for the delivery. Gift sets and large orders do not fit through the mailbox and are sent as standard packages.
We usually get started on processing your order as soon as it is placed. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, it may still be possible to make changes to your address details. Please send an email to our customer service with your order number for this.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Check our shipping page for the available countries and shipping costs or contact our customer service for options.
We accept all popular payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

We usually get started on processing your order as soon as it is placed. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, it is possible to make adjustments. Please send an email to our customer service with your order number.
We will do our best to process your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to implement the changes in time. If the items are not to your liking, you can always return them within 30 days.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to track the status of your package.

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the socks are unworn and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of worn and/or opened socks.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange socks. We ask you to return the socks.
Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after receiving the return.
Yes, the costs for returning an order are the responsibility of the customer, unless you have received a defective item.
